Description of services
Ensamblia Studio is a digital solutions agency offering website and web page development, administrative web systems, automations, maintenance and support, and the redesign or optimization of existing digital products, as described in each service line.
Capacity to contract
To hire our services, you must be of legal age (18) or have the legal capacity to act on behalf of a company or business.
Quotes and hiring
Quotes are prepared based on the information you share with us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form. The scope, timeline, and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms (amounts, deadlines, and methods) are defined case by case at the time of quoting, and confirmed before the project starts.
Intellectual property
Once the agreed payment is completed, the client obtains usage rights to the delivered product, as agreed for that project. Code, designs, and methodologies belonging to Ensamblia Studio that are not part of the deliverable remain its property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty and support
Each service includes its own warranty period, detailed in the service line hired. Support after delivery is governed by the conditions agreed for each project.
Liability
Ensamblia Studio is not responsible for content the client publishes using the delivered product, nor for failures of third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways, or other external integrations) outside our control.
Acceptable use of the site
Using this website for unlawful purposes, or in ways that affect its proper operation or that of third parties, is prohibited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
